CDPH issued AFL 20-34.5 on February 8, 2022 The AFL notifies ADHC licensees that: Flexibility of regulatory requirements for ADHC licensing in effect during the COVID-19 pandemic will end on March 31, 2022 EffectiveApril 1, 2022, all ADHC licensees (meaning All CBAS Providers) must again meet all ADHC licensing requirements specified 01/05/2018. This instruction limits the scope of coverage under the AFL for such employees to those circumstances where an employee, such as a fire fighter, has a close contact exposure to a COVID-19 case, but
