CDPH issued AFL 20-34.5 on February 8, 2022 The AFL notifies ADHC licensees that: Flexibility of regulatory requirements for ADHC licensing in effect during the COVID-19 pandemic will end on March 31, 2022 EffectiveApril 1, 2022, all ADHC licensees (meaning All CBAS Providers) must again meet all ADHC licensing requirements specified 01/05/2018.
